overview

Our team was reached out by the stakeholder from the Fortitude Careers program to create various modules on different sets of topics for their free career development program. Each team was assigned a different subject that we had to use for designing and developing the courses. These courses will be taught during 2022 summer program and aimed to help young adults to develop practical, technical, and life mastery skills.

I researched the topic, created outline where I aligned the learning objectives to the content, developed Google slide deck, which included Facilitator’s Guide, video, examples, activities, discussion questions and a short quiz at the end. I collaborated with the team members and project managers to make sure that the components of the vILT are included such as ice-breaker, introduction, learning objectives, content, activities/discussions, knowledge checks, summary, and assessment.
